That can't possibly be confusing to or difficult for you. If you own a company, you often have employees other than yourself. Those employees can do things that do not amount to simply following your orders in a robotic manner.

Are you saying someone that owns the company that seems racist has no control whether or not the bosses and employees are racist? Of course they do. They would stop the racism if they thought otherwise.
