It was his company (well, or his dad's company and he was the president). That in no way implies that Trump himself was deciding who to rent apartments to.

Also, the fact that a suit was initiated doesn't imply guilt.

The suit was settled without an admission of guilt rather.

The only evidence of racism I'd accept for anyone is a statement or behavior--by them, not by a proxy or anything like that--that amounts to a belief that an entire "race" is inferior/superior by virtue of characteristics endemic to that race, and not present in at least some other races.

I'd certainly not deny that if we have evidence that this was by direct order of Trump. What evidence do we have of that?

It was the policy of his company. If the person at the top, whose name is the name of the company, isn't responsible for the company's actions, who is? You seem be really going out of your way to defend racism for some reason.
