It's ridiculous based only on that information.

For one, it's not as if the government only employs what I'd consider the proper semantic context for claims of racism.

Two, it's not as if someone is guilty just because they're sued or charged with something.

Three, there are situations like this where someone is responsible by virtue of being a business owner or officer, where they may have had little idea what was going on (even if that shouldn't be the case).

Correct. However, for example part of the company is run by one of the managers Trump hired, and the manager displays racist activities, and Trump does nothing about it, therein lies the problem.

I've discussed the article a few times and laid out the fact that Trump had no problem when one of his managers at Trump Palace told all the black workers to move to the back of the room. One of the workers even quoted it. Need I source it again?
