Yeah and we've had what? 3 or 4 republican presidents since 1973? I'd like to think it's pretty safe. Hell, I mean Ronald and both Bush's were very against it and yet it stays.

I understand, but that's if a case comes along to challenge it and if the justices decide to overturn a previous Supreme Court decision. So pretty unlikely.
