Well it seems obvious to me that he could do it as many times as he wanted, but you seemed pretty focused on it being a one time only thing. Which option do you think is the "so ****ing obvious" option?

All we know about him is what 40 different individuals wrote down over a 1,500 year span, each adding their own edits to what was written before them, and then how the ancient text was interpreted centuries later when the Catholic Church translated the books over a seven year span in the early 1600s.

Sounds like a pretty definitive work to me.

Let me ask you a question. Are you a selective Christian? Do you believe every single aspect of the Bible or do you discard a few things here and there as exaggeration or hyperbole?

Do you believe in Adam and Eve?
The parting of the Red Sea?
A talking burning bush?
The great flood?
Lot's wife being turned into a pillar of salt?
Moses' staff transforming into a snake?

The answer to whether the story of Jesus and Mary is historical true is lost to time. If want to believe fine, if you don't want to believe fine. God gave everyone a free will and when a person decides one way or another, then their free will should be respected. However historically debatable are the stories in the New Testament, the persecution of early Christian and writings of early Church fathers are true. The historicity of that can not be denied. I guess one of the draws to Christianity is the connection to those who were persecuted for their faith. When ISIS kills someone for being a Christian it is as if they killed someone in my family.

Not really. He gives them free will but if they don't choose his way they are damned to hell. That's a pretty 'loaded' free will, wouldn't you say?

How about all of those who were persecuted by Christians throughout the centuries for a lack of faith? How do you feel about them?

How about all of those who worship other Gods that have been killed by US forces in the 'war on terror'? I'm talking about the innocent men, women, and children that were killed as collateral damage. How do you feel about them?
