Trump doesn't really have a party. It makes sense for a republican to not vote for a leftie like trump.

While I've called him an independent before, I didn't mean that he was a part of the Independent Party. Pretty big difference.

Though that's a fair point, I've never seen you call him an independent. Maybe I'm being mislead by I always assumed you threw him into the Republican party. Maybe you've never said that though as I'm drawing a blank.
