Accepting it=being cool with it. Passively going with the flow does nothing to curb the **** clogging up our system.

So no, Chula objectively is cool with it.

No. Chula isn't cool with it. Being cool with it means that he thinks it's in some way Ok for politicians to be bought. Chula is saying that he's against it but understands that he can't do anything about it. And while I don't agree with that, that doesn't mean he's cool with it.
