Be careful you two, too much irony can lead to liver disease.

P.S. Just because you put a smilie emoticon on something doesn't erase your intent.

You guys ignore my arguments and cherry pick whenever it's convenient, like what Elph did there. You are in no position to lecture anyone.

I've had liver disease covered long before the Ant showed up.

Is there an ignore function on this board? I think me and the Ant need to both sign up. I'm beginning to hate the guy.

Post a picture of yourself Ant. I need to know.

Do you understand the definition of "lecture"?

The Batlord 07-12-2017 03:22 PM

Yeah, Ant. Post a picture of yourself so someone with boundary issues can save it to his hard drive and masturbate while hatefully grimacing.

Frownland 07-12-2017 03:23 PM

inb4 Chula espouses that he's the one that doesn't know what lecture means.

Do your job. Be a mod. Answer my question. Thank you.

Did they get rid of the Ignore button? I thought it was next to the Quote button.

I always thought that was so weird. Who would expect people to remember things from their childhood as being spelled in the same manner to what they consistently see across their culture?

You couldn't be bothered to read the article you google'd for

Just like you can't be bothered to have a real argument? If you want to convince me collusion is fine and dandy, why didn't you just quote my last post and go from there? Could have saved a lot of time.

We live in a world where key players in the NBA believe the Earth is flat. I'm not surprised by anythin' no'mohhh.

Just in case you actually want it: go to User CP, Edit Ignore List, add him and hit OK. Then you're good to go.

Quote:

"Russia’s effort was personally directed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, involved the country’s military and foreign intelligence services, according to U.S. intelligence officials. They reportedly briefed Trump last week on the possibility that Russian operatives might have compromising information on the president-elect. And at a Senate hearing last week on the hacking, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said “I don't think we've ever encountered a more aggressive or direct campaign to interfere in our election process than we've seen in this case.”

There’s little evidence of such a top-down effort by Ukraine. Longtime observers suggest that the rampant corruption, factionalism and economic struggles plaguing the country — not to mention its ongoing strife with Russia — would render it unable to pull off an ambitious covert interference campaign in another country’s election."
tldr

it's not at all equitable to Putin digitally Watergating the DNC

I wasn't asking you about the differences in scale, and that wasn't what my last post to you was talking about either. I read the article too before I ever posted it originally. I'm talking about the precedent it sets since nobody from the DNC suffered any consequences for colluding with a foreign power. Whether you win or lose the election shouldn't matter: it's still a problem that it happened at all.

This would be a different story if the Jr. email stuff had come out before the Politico one with Clinton-Ukraine had, but that's not how things played out. It was already going to be hard to prove collusion, treason, whatever in regards to Trump himself. This precedent with the DNC and Ukraine is going to get pushed very hard by the White House and Mueller's lawyers are going to have to overcome the legal issues I described to you a few pages back.

At this rate, we might as well pray for Trump to have a heart attack or something. I also wouldn't be surprised if a Bernie Bro ended up assassinating him.

He's such a smart guy: I don't get why he takes things so personally. If you can't discuss politics or religion without threatening someone for elaborating on their point of view (I did a few explanation posts on the solar wall stuff and also the legal challenges of this collusion situation), then he just needs to take a break from those types of threads. Me? I love politics.

Not agreeing or disagreeing with his stance, or yours; merely answering the question he asked, and pointing out the alternative if he wants to use it.
