He was banking on SC too. It was obvious he'd be dropping out.

It's likely to be a 3way race going forward between Bernie Biden and Bloomberg. It's unclear whether it's better for Bernie if Biden stays in, but it seems clear it is better if Pete and Amy stay in for as long as possible to split the moderate vote.
