I like it. They were scared af that their house was going to get burnt down even though there was zero chance of that happening or even interest in doing it. But their thoughts turning into action is a step closer to making their fears a reality. Now there’s some, albeit very small, chance their mansion might burn. And youtube is full of comments commending them for protecting their property.

Attention those in gated communities: Feel free to fire the first shot.

It's kind of insulting for rich people to appropriate the Joker look as they wave guns and threaten protesters fighting systemic oppression. I'm fairly sure that the Joker was meant to be painted as a victim and product of systemic oppression (not exactly a hero, either).

According to some testimony, at least two of the protestors threatened violence against them and something about killing their dog. So take that for what you will.

That being said, it doesn't appear like they actually took a step onto their property during that exchange, so those two yuppies would be in jail right now if they had been stupid enough to fire a shot.
