I’d trade for a fully authoritarian Trump dictatorship if it meant I no longer have to pay rent.

Easiest decision of my life tbh. With Trump’s cult of personality he’d make a fantastic commie.

I personally think that If the Democrats really want to crush Trump in November, Biden should be campaigning on eliminating / suspending rent, mortgages, etc. and implementing UBI. That might actually get people off their asses to vote.
