It is not just here Marie stats show high rates in all walks of life. I've been off the rails at times, just know now on how to stop it getting really bad.
.Most people get brain issues in some way, its one complex,not much known organ, just being quite moody counts to some degree I was told by a pro... life maybe needs to go back to caveman and hunting to get rid of the bad adrenaline.Not sure I could live in a cold, damp environment to be honest....

Cavemen only worked about 5 hours a week on average. It's not adrenaline it's anxiety. Hunter gatherer tribes will tell you that.

MB is the perfect place for festering, ill-treated mental illness, truly.
(And yes I'm fine. Really tempted to go off my Effexor though, despite knowing about the horrible withdrawal effects)
