and was just thinking about how multiple churches hold a Free Breakfast Sunday aimed at providing for the homeless

additionally how these churches tend to advertise how they're LGBT+

billboards will say "all are loved by God" etc...pride flags are flown proudly at these Churches

If I remember right The Satanic Temple is for just generally "Satanic" people and not Laveyan Satanism and The Church of Satan is specifically a Laveyan Satanist organization that forces you to pay $50 to join because "I'm a Satanist, we're self interested".

Laveyan Satanism is brain dead dog **** half assedly stitched together to justify creating Howard's edge lord religion & persona. He takes the nihilism of Nietzsche, the anti-altruism of Ayn Rand & the occultism of Crowley then waters it down. When I say take I mean he's literally plagiarized them. His understanding of the occult was pitiful, and Howard himself was a pathological liar which is why he seems like a cartoon. His whole life story he tells people is made up.

If you're going to get into "Satanic" or occult beliefs pick Thelema. As above, so below is a much cooler concept than anything in the Satanic Bible.

I think Satanic Temple is more explicitly secular humanist and egalitarian rather than edgy libertarian but I'm not an expert. I didn't know LaVey's real name was Howard though lmao.
