Post What Are You Listening To? (Electronica)

What Are You Listening To and what is your favorite Electronic Genre?

They are Popular and Great>> House, Dubstep, Chillstep, Drum&Bass, Trap etc..
I mostly listen to dubstep since I discovered female and male vocals that spice up the bass drops into hard and loud Sound. For me they are the coolest!

The music tracks below are one the reasons why I kept liking dubstep since they are full of art!

This sound has a powerful expression and a mind blowing hard sound. It's about expressing yourself as DJ and that one deserves to be known.

Excitement and right timing is important in life to enjoy yourself! This DJ know it and keep on going!

Cool. I'm similar in that melodic/vocal dubstep is my favorite style. I also like trance, electro house, progressive house, drum & bass, and a few other miscellaneous genres: some trap, glitch hop, hard dance, etc.

If anyone were to ask me, "I'm looking to get into dubstep. Where do I look?" My answer is this mix in particular:

Spoiler for Playlist:
  1. Beam (ft. Angel Taylor) - Mako [Skrux Remix]
  2. Virtual Riot (ft. Lisa Rowe) - Never Gonna Die
  3. Skrux - Last Breath
  4. Virtual Riot (ft. Lisa Rowe) - In Your Hands
  5. Protohype (ft. Alina Renae) - Fly [Killabyte Remix]
  6. Adventure Club (ft. Yuna) - Gold
  7. Virtual Riot (ft. Lisa Rowe) - Mindreader
  8. Felix Cartal & Clockwork (ft. Madame Buttons) - The Fire [Skrux Remix]
  9. Virtual Riot (ft. Lisa Rowe) - Black Light
  10. Jarvis (ft. Ivy Jayne) - Home [RoughMath Remix]
  11. Krewella - We Go Down
  12. Taryn Manning - Send Me Your Love [KDrew Remix]
  13. Booty Luv - Some Kinda Rush. Not sure which remix this is.
  14. Calvin Harris - Sweet Nothing [Dirtyloud Remix]
  15. Embrace One (ft. Shaz Sparks) - Altitude [Serobliss Remix]

You have to like vocals, though.

What I am technically listening to right now is this trance song:

John O'Callaghan - "Take It All Away" [Marcus Schossow Nu Prog Remix]

I've never heard trance with vocals but i'll give it a try since many djs mix genres and there isnt really a pure genre from dj mix out there.
trance, electro house, progressive house, drum & bass are also great genres. None of the videos you send worked I would like to listen that trance soundtrack

Dope track. My Fav electronic genres tend to be IDM, Detroit Techno, and electro-funk (boogie).

First heard this in a single upload, then later in a podcast. I think it's Future House or something like that. Latest song that I've been putting on repeat (also due to its short length ).

In honor of Thom Yorke's 18-day long art installation music, I'm playing Flaming Lips' 7 Skies H3 24 Hour Song Skull. This is the RSD vinyl edit, but my favorite version by far is the 3-hour Strange Pets Mix.

It's experimental, ambient, noise rock with electronic treatments.

For those unfamiliar with the bizarre collectible, the 24-hour-long song is on a hard drive encased in a real human skull with a USB cable and was limited to 13 copies worldwide.

dark, aggressive, politicized industrial rock(?). I don't know how I feel about it, I like the messages it just seems kinda vain and camp.
