I put sometimes because I guess women aren't excluded completely from being funny, I've just never seen a female stand-up comedian who's made me laugh. Especially Jo Brand. I really do hate her.

Yes.
Hands down my favorite female comedian (that I'm aware of).

I don't know if Tina Fey qualifies as a comedian in the traditional sense, but she's funny too. And strangely erotic.
She was hilarious in Date Night with Steve Carell.
