Default What's in your fridge?

Post pictures or describe the contents.

Mine at present: main

Top row, left to right: Bottle of water, Karen's supplement, Tub of yogurt, half-tin of beans (open), Squirty cream. Visible in background: empty yogurt pots into which yogurt and laxative is mixed for Karen to eat. Out of shot behind water: packet of stuffed pasta (spinach and ricotta).

Second row: Two gel cushions, small container of fat-free milk, pan of brown bread.

Third row: Two tubs of butter spread, block of cheese, cheese spread, packet of sliced ham, two bottles of orange juice (smooth, without bits)

Lower low: Chocolate and more chocolate!

Door: Eggs and fat-free milk

Not very interesting admittedly, but that's mine. What's in yours?

I am always curious about others' fridge contents.

As for mine, it's shared with my 3 roommates; most of the stuff in there isn't mine. I have:

-Cheddar cheese
-3 cups of cinnamon applesauce
-Vanilla almond milk
-1 lemon
-3 apples (the apples and lemon are for experimenting with the frozen puff pastry I have sitting in the freezer)
-Apricot preserves
-Small carton of heavy whipping cream, for coffee
-Balsamic vinaigrette
-A bunch of parsley and kale (I hate kale. It was for soup)

And umm I think that's it. I am sustained mainly by sardines, Wasa crackers and granola bars.

I normally have carrots in there also... and sometimes up to even 10 cans of pineapple.

Don't you eat at all? That is one empty fridge!

Yeah mainly from a store here called Dollar General because it's within walking distance. The main healthy food there is cans of pineapple with 100% juice in it. So I eat a lot of packaged food, I get to the fancy bigger store sometimes and buy just apples, carrots, bananas, and pineapple cans there too.

I eat ciabatta bread sometimes, sometimes berries blended with water.

Then sometimes I eat Chinese food on Sundays with family.

Ah I see. Well I can only get out once a week so have to keep the fridge stocked. Plus I like my chocolate cold!

But don't you use milk for tea or coffee, or eat bread, or cheese or anything? I mean, I don't think I've seen a fridge with so little in it that wasn't on a shop floor. Wow.

I normally have lots of apples and bananas and a few bags of carrots. I also like chocolate cold, I used to eat Aldi dark chocolate bars but stopped way back.

I hate milk, nasty cow juice. I drink lots of tea & get bread sometimes. I eat the English muffins from Dollar General a lot too. I like my bread hard and chewy, so I leave the muffins out for a while so they harden up. I buy cans of soup sometimes also and load up with garlic and herbs.

You can tell the people who live alone, can't you?

Although, even when I did live on my own, I had a full fridge anyway. Sort of don't understand anyone who doesn't, especially you guys out there in those American temperatures. I mean, leave milk out for a few hours in winter here and you'll get by, maybe even in summer, but you guys?

Mindfulness, you drink tea but no milk? Do you take it black then? I tried to do that but it was too hot, and it's no use when it goes cold, not to me anyway. Just wondered if you took anything else in it?

I also used to eat Aldi bars (Moser Roth, yes?) but I don't like dark (plain) chocolate so it would be the milk ones for me.
