However, I didn't care for the fact that played ALL of the Resistance (aside from I Belong To You) and NONE of Showbiz. I also thought that Passion Pit, even though they're a new band with only one album, really showed zero enthusiasm for the event. The only thing they did was let their singer stumble around the stage as if he was drunk.

Muse, though,
This goes back to what I was saying about Muse a few pages back. They are gradually replacing their older material with newer material. ALL of The Resistance? Really? Every single track?

They haven't made any room for Showbiz for years now really. Sunburn stuck around for a while, Muscle Museum for a little while longer and Cave made a brief reappearance in one of their more recent tours but it seems completely forgotten about now and Origin is going the same way.

Hrm, I'm seeing Muse in December so I guess this is what I'm in for! But your enthusiasm encourages me We don't have Passion Pit as a support though... I don't think our supports have been announced yet so fingers crossed they are good!

Frankly the lack of variation in the setlist probably wont bother you as this is your first time seeing them live. There will be enough of a mix between old and new material for you to be happy i think and they are still fantastic live.

Just gets boring after going to see them a few times and seeing the same setlist plus material from the new album.

Yeah, fair enough! I can see how that would get old/ annoying quickly. Like you said though, I think I will be pretty psyched since it is my first time seeing them live!

I just wish I had GA tickets, instead I'm in the seats...

Very nice. I would like to see Tool again. I would really love to see The Stooges again. I have never seen LCD and would like to. Then you have Deftones, Primal Scream...Nick Cave?

Damn. Tight line-up.

Haha Seltzer I was just about to post in here about that! Tool are fucking headlining BDO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely lost my shit at about midnight last night.

I'm actually really depressed about it, because BDO tickets are so hard to get The past two years I've logged on at 9am sharp to buy tickets but still missed out. Which means my chances aren't looking good. Which means Tool are going to be in my city and I'm not going to get the chance to see them... FML!
