Going to the Yes Way festival this coming weekend, really decent event showcasing experimental British music.

And then the mighty Sebadoh, booyah.

Nothing else at the moment.

Oct 15th - Circa Survive w/ Maps and Atlases
Oct 22nd - Rival Schools w/ Balance and Composure, Hostage Calm

Seeing B&C twice in one month. Ridiculously stoked, hopefully it will fill the empty void in my heart that I got from missing Defeater back in May because of exams.

Damnation festival is in November at Leeds University and what a great line up for a day festival:

Godflesh
Ulver
Amplifier
Doom
God Is An Astronaut

and more and it is a mere £29! I would pay twice that to see Godflesh alone but no one to go with from here and would have to stay overnight so hotel costs involved too

Along with The Mission, Fields Of The Nephilim, Gene Loves Jezebel and Sisters Of Mercy already sorted later this year I may be seeing Killing Joke on their UK tour March next year. Not once but 3 times on the same tour. **** yeah.

Keep your ears peeled for Maps and Atlases, I'm quite fond of their debut and would like to know how they are live

I always have shows I want to go to planned out and everything, but not having a car totally ruins it. I was really, really hoping to see Sir Richard Bishop and SWANS play together. God fucking damnit.

I've let this festival pass me by for many years now, with some great line-up's. I first mentioned it years ago when I was talking abiut getting a few mates together to go down, around abiout the time of my birthday, to see Orange Goblin and the rest of the line-up.

If you do go, make sure you check out Dragged into Sunlight aswell.

I'm going to..

9th November - Opeth w/ Pain of Salvation
14th November - Smashing Pumpkins

And although I dont havbe tickets yet, I'm hoping to go to...

27th September - Onslaught, Gama Bomb & Fallen Fate
18th November - Yuck
