I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Most of you are probably going to laugh at me, but it's my mother's 60th birthday this year, so I plan on surprising her with Duran Duran tickets. Niles Rodgers is opening, so we shall see...

Not exactly a fan by any means and their new album sounds (and looks) like garbage, but the woman gave birth to me, so I guess I can tolerate some **** 80s music for a day.

Somehow it seems a bit unreal to me that the original fans of Duran Duran are in their 50's & 60's now.

I'm no musical purist by any means. My mom played them, along with Prince, tons when I was a little kid so stuff like "Rio" is burned into my ****ing memory. If I'm being honest a lot of that stuff probably informed me more as a musician and songwriter than I would like to admit...

But that new single they put out off the new record...ouch...
