Toshifumi Hinata - Chat d'Ete (1986) - Ambient, Neo-Classical, Jazz

All four albums that Hinata did in the 80's are basically perfect, but this one I recently picked up has a particularly nostalgic yet decadent vibe about it. It's the perfect soundtrack for a Legend Of Zelda game that never was.

I got a bunch of lp's and cd's over the holidays; I gave two of the cd's a listen today (since I finally have a cd player):
Guus Janssen - Meeting Points
https://bimhuis.bandcamp.com/album/meeting-points
Very enjoyable Dutch jazz, nice but also humorous. One track (I think the sixth?) reminded me of Bach.
Henk Meeuwsen - Merels en meer ('blackbirds and more')
Literally an hour of blackbird sounds. With sounds of other birds, insects, and rain in the background. It's the most delightful thing
