Woods - Songs of Shame (2009)

Lo-fi freak folk.

Pallbearer - Sorrow and Extinction (2012)

No way!! I found recent metal that I like!

Well, since midnight last night, so yeah technically. On average for me it's like 7 or 8 along with all the random non-full length listening I do. But I have a lot of days that exceed that.

I have a lot of free time.

All of it. All of my time is free.

Tortoise - Standards

Not going to lie: I actually much prefer this over Millions Now Living Will Never Die (though that's still a good album IMO). If more post-rock sounded like this instead of being crescendocore ****, I have a feeling that it'd end up being one of my favorite genres again, but alas, this kind of post-rock seems to be a dying breed.

Clark - S/T

Pretty enjoyable IDM, though it's nothing outstanding IMO.

Out of the three Magnetic Fields albums that I've heard so far (the other two being The Charm of the Highway Strip and Distortion), this is my least favorite, though I have a feeling that it will end up growing on me after another listen or two.

Just listened to The King of Limbs again, which is a real grower if you'll excuse the pun. I dig those pulsating rhythms and interesting atmospheres, it's definitely a steady evolution from the sound on In Rainbows. Less melodic, but softer and more ambient and intricate.
