Arrived in the mail last Thursday. A compilation of this black metal supergroup’s one EP and one full length re-released on one disc.
Looking at the lyrics and track listing you’d think this would be pretty bad, there’s songs called “Satan”, “Ave Satan”, “Soldiers of Satan”, even one titled “I Am Elite” but in the end this is fairly well executed primitive black/war metal. Nothing mindblowing or creative in any sense mind you, but it does a pretty good job at what it sets out to do I suppose.

Nice. I snatched just over 1000 albums myself...needless to say my listening needs are met for quite a long time. I thought about making a list and posting but that will take forever.

I'd say go for it. It's definitely a great idea, and I think you'd be pleasantly surprised by the way it's done. Still, it's not as good as their first album.

I was lucky to found a classic proto-house 12" in a 1£ crate: Colonel Abrams - Trapped. Not an album but a record never the less.

wAgAwAgA - ph-3.5.6

Just released today (free), some dubstep-tinged acid tracks. Quite fun and different, and I'm just on the first song.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

i just crested the 1000 mark too. they extended freeleech for one more day, so i'll queue up another hundred or so albums before i head off to work.

once this is over, i'll have 80% of my collection upgraded to flac. the rest, well, i'll have to live with mp3 until someone releases a better rip

i know flac is extreme overkill, but i have blazing fast internet and lots of drive space, so i figure - why not?
