Old one but I do think it's pretty funny

I just think he had a magic touch

Those songs are so immortal and his role is absolutely crucial

People think it was the easiest job in the world but the balance of what he had to do to make The Beatles a rock band but not to destroy that ethereal magic it's really the toughest challenge a drummer could face. The world is very fortunate they found each other

All the best new drummers are girls.

Love the way she plays behind the beat at times and then drives the crap out of it other times.

17 years old. Her command of dynamics blows my mind considering her age. Tony Williams and Lenny White would be proud.

One of the best imo Tennessee Thomas from The Like. Her dad, Pete Thomas, played for Elvis Costello. She has the 60s drumming style down to a T.

The Like- "Fair Game"

It's rare, but I do see people refer to Lars Ulrich as the best drummer in the world. His playing defeats the argument on its own
No harm done, since it's usually just regular people who don't listen to any other metal or anything esoteric. I bought into the hype myself when I was a teenager. I literally thought he was the single greatest drummer on Earth.

90's Brit rock is the dullest thing ever. Or at least on level with post-grunge on the dullness-o-meter.
Oasis, the Verve, Blur... meh.
