The Physics House Band
Mercury Fountain

In the running for album of the year for me. Excellent, excellent, excellent, driving psych/garage rock band that takes cues from The Mars Volta and Colin Stetson. Wonderful band and I was super happy with their followup to Horizons/Rapture.

Check out Brokespeak by Strobes if you dig that. A little more electronically bent but a lot more gripping imo.
