Web Web - Dance Of The Demons

Beautiful, groovy modern jazz with soulful Maroccan singing.
This is some tasty stuff. Don't sleep on it!

Mothers
Render Another Ugly Method

Their first record was some nice jangle indie pop but this is on a whole other spectrum. Fascinating and dark at times. Great lyrics and really kicks in parts. The song below is the best song I've heard in a while as far as this type of music goes...

This Heat
This Heat (1979)

Just listened through this beast today. This is definitely, as almost all have pointed out before me, revolutionary for '79. TH get a bit mixed up in meaningless noodling sometimes, but when they hit home do they hit ****ing home. I was blown away by The Fall of Saigon and the minimalist closer Testcard beautifully contrasted it. Great stuff.

Ryorchestra - DMK

Sweet-ass japanese Zeuhl.
It's Ryoko Ono's band and some might know her from playing sax in Koenjihyakkei.
You know what to expect.
Jansz, Zhanteimord and Frown need to check this out.

Gut Bank
The Dark Ages

This came through the shop and I had to take it home. Hoboken band comprised of Psychic TV, Sexpod, and Sonic Youth peeps. Straight New Jersey post punk.

Hammer Horde - Vinlander
2012
Melodic Death/Viking Metal

I've so far loved every album this band has put out...definitely one of if not the best bands from the good ol' USA they show that the Scandinavians are not the only ones who know how to make great viking metal.

VOLA - Applause Of A Distant Crowd (2018)

A synth-pop + shoegaze flavored progressive metal band from Denmark with a knack for good hooks. This new one is surprisingly dynamic: Mew meets Meshuggah pretty much.
