I haven't heard those but I'm sure this album is up there, it's pretty great.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Art Is Dead. Buy My ****.

DEXTRO - AN HOUR IS A SEA (2020)
I am utterly obsessed with this record. Dextro is the solo electronic alias of Ewan Mackenzie, who was one half of a doom-drone duo called Ommadon as well as the original drummer in Pigs x7. An Hour is a Sea is an ethereal, contemplative timeout for these times of building anxiety where it can be easy to become routinely bored, inactive and unstimulated. It is really keeping me centered and helping me to stay focused and positive.

OZO - SATURN (2020)
This will also undoubtedly end up amongst my favourite albums this year. Ozo are a band formed from the ashes of psych/space-rock band Blown Out and features Mike Vest from Bong/11 Paranoias/hundreds of other bands on guitar. Guitar, bass, drums and alto sax improvised psych-rock and free-jazz jams.

Gorgeous album. Great shout, it continued to impress me more and more as it went on. I'm always amazed when an artist can craft a lengthy piece like this that remains dynamic and ever-evolving throughout, with returning motifs and a consistent tone. I'm jealous of his talent, I've tried to make something this good for over a decade and I'm pretty sure I'm never going to pull it off.

So this might be an unpopular opinion, but I have really been feeling KoRn's "Path Of Totality" album here lately. It's such a different sound, and...it's just SO GOOD.
