If you don't know this album, then where have you been hiding? As well as being a brilliant album to begin with, the legacy edition is a 2 CD and 1 DVD edition. Worthy extras include the much sought after Forget Her and the 13 minute sonic jam of Kanga-roo. Brilliant package.

Roots Reggae from Brazil with just a hint of traditional South American Rythmns. Laidback easy vibes.

The saxophone solo literally makes my hairs stand up on the back of my neck. Fletcher Memorial Home is another stunning track.

Tommy - The Who



My math teacher was giving away all the CDs he didn't want. Now I was a budding Who fan at the time and jumped at the chance of owning the Who's masterpiece for free - and I'm glad I did.

Great, great album.

My. Favorite. Album. Ever.

Yes came on the radio and my dad looked at me and said, "You like Rush and The Who and all those 70's bands, why aren't you into Yes?" and I thought, hey, I'll check them out and proceeded to buy this album...

Wow.

Gates of Delirium is...words can't describe. I love this album.

Favorite Song: Gates of Delirium

It's a pity that the hastily put together promo vid's for this album are dodgy as hell. At least they featured the teacher from the Wall though!

Yeah, apparently its to justify why he is so messed up...his wife in the movie is different than in the promo vid though isn't she

Nothing Better is my favorite song, but honestly, they're all good. Such a lovely album, Ben Gibbard is too amazing


Electro-Shock Blues - Eels


Definitely my favorite Eels album by far.


And Letting Off Happiness by Bright Eyes

I miss Bright Eyes, I don't listen to them enough anymore. My favorite Bright Eyes album, The Difference in the Shades is my favorite song<33

Gates of Delirium is...words can't describe. I love this album.

Tommy gets a lot of flack from purists who didn't like The Whos change of direction. I personally prefer Rock Opera/Stadium Rock Who to the Mod days. That album just has an amazing flow and feel to it. Maybe my favorite Who album, but between it and Whos Next its close.

And Relayer is amazing. The Gates of Delirium is pure chaos, and Soon is a gorgeous ballad, Steve Howes pedal steel playing is otherworldly.
