Superdrag - Regretfully Yours

I have a weakness for power pop, and this is pretty good. :/
There was a song by this band called "Sucked Out" that they used to play all the time on MTV in the late 90's.

Excellent album. I should probably explore more of Yes' discography someday.

BT - ESCM (1997)

Very 90's, very lush, and certainly not what kids are dancing to these days. Still a great freakin' trance album though.

Sigur Ros are dull beyond belief. To me, anyway.

Idlewild - The Remote Part

One of the oldest CDs in my collection I still listen to. As of today anyway. Got this sometime around the time of release in '02, and it must have been at least 5 years since I last gave it a spin. Pretty cool stuff, especially during the slower moments. I'm almost tempted to start thinking about my journal here again now...

I like them if I'm in a really, REALLY chill/introspective mood, but other than that I can't stand them.

I got that album around the time it came out as well, i saw the video for Modern Way Of Letting Go on Kerrang! and thought it was awesome at the time. They've never released a bad album as such but this album and 100 Broken Windows are by far their best albums.

Tame Impala - Innerspeaker

I'm on the first listen and I'm already loving this album. I've been really into psychedelic rock recently, so some modern psychedelic was of course going to be right up my alley. Great stuff.

All the hate that sigur Rós has been getting here makes me a sad panda

Rubik - Bad Conscience Patrol

Finnish indie rock. One of the few bands from my home country that I enjoy. The album has a really nice feel to it. I still kick myself for not going to see them few weeks ago in my new hometown. I quess I was scared to go anywhere since I had just moved in.
