I'd probably say Yellow House is better too, but Veckatimest is still a great album in its own right. Check out Department of Eagles too, they're a duo featuring Daniel Rossen. They place more of an emphasis on folk and electronica but they still have that psychedelic charm about them. Well worth looking into.

Fever Ray - Fever Ray
One of the best albums of the decade. A very brooding and introspective record.

I thought Silent Shout was much better.

^^ I think I've said it many times in this thread already, but I love this album. "Seven" is such a great song. It was the first song on the album where the lyrics really caught my attention.

Man, every time I see that album cover I think about how much I love it and how much it reminds me of Charles Burns' artwork. I just looked it up, and lo and behold, it is Charles Burns!

I'm with Eric on Silent Shout being a great album.

The Knife for me goes Deep Cuts > Tomorrow, In A Year > Silent Shout.

I think the Fever Ray album really stands out on it's own.

The only thing I remember clearly about Deep Cuts is the last track, and the fact that I didn't care for it or its content. Shame to end an album in a way that leaves you with the wrong impression of it.
