I've recently redsicovered Meds by Placebo... probably their most "album" album of all time, just some great sounds, good, melancholic songwriting, which seems to suit my mood at the moment.

That and The Hawk is Howling by Mogwai are my two current discoveries / rediscoveries lately...

I'm loving this at the moment. Sort of dream pop meets gentle shoegaze. Sort of Cocteau Twins-ish with a splash of the Cranes. Fantastic album.

One word descriptions don't really help, people. Especially when neither the band's name or the album title are on the cover. =/

I would hazard a guess that it's a Graf Orlock album.

Never checked them out myself.

As Seltzer said, it's a Graf Orlock album.
