Butthole Surfers don't get enough credit. They seem to be mostly remembered for Pepper (which is a good song) but not enough for their more experimental music.

the butthole surfers were an amazing band. although i m with those that think electric larryland (where pepper's included) could be their best album. i also like many of their oldest stuff of course:

Klangstof - Close Eyes To Exit

This is really ****ing good. A nice little mix of post-rock esque style instrumentals with some really nice vocals. Ive listened to this twice now and I love it.
