Welcome To The Machine is an incredible track but that's what makes the world a more interesting place, different strokes etc

It's my favorite album of theirs. The intrumental parts are amazing, and Welcome To The Machine is one of my favorite songs.

Oh, and:

*prepares noose*

Wish You Were Here Climbs Up to my number 1 from PF at times, I think it's a much more solid album than Meddle.

Looks like I actually accomplished something here. Now people compare Pink Floyd albums to Meddle.

Okay, I need help with any of these:

Wilco - Yankee Hotel Foxtrot

*It's nothing offensive. Just average, boring music to me.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

*I can see a bit of appeal in the other albums, especially London Calling which I warmed up to a little (still not a classic to me though). This however, is absouletely terrible. I don't get it at all. I can't believe this is considered to be the best soul album ever.*

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

*See what I said about YHF. Not bad, just not the classic it's made out to be. I just find it kind of boring. It feels really dull and isn't exciting enough, sorry. Still a nice collection of songs though, I really like Hateful and Lost in the Supermarket.*

EDIT: Forget I wrote anything bad about Closer, it's fantastic.

I agree. It was a chore to listen to.

Very much disagree with you. It may be a hard album to get into for some people, but after a while, I'm sure you'll appreciate it. I love it because it's a diverse album that brings out the best of each area The Clash does.
