This was terribly hard. I went with Ozric Tentacles but almost went with The Cure. I like Nick Drake, but he's not retardedly amazing like The Cure or Ozric Tentacles. The Velvet Underground were very hit and miss but when they were on they were on, but not consistent enough to get my vote.
