Default I need new stuff to listen to!!!

What are some recommendations of new artists/albums I should check out to start off the 2012 year?

Remember to keep it in the following genres: punk, alt rock, hard rock, heavy metal, nu metal, you get the idea.

I'm eager to see what comes my way.

The Triffids were pretty wonderful.

Comadre "A Wolf Ticket", Daitro "Y", Hot Cross "Cryonics", Touche Amore "Parting The Sea Between Brightness And Me" if you haven't already.

Default Anyone know about a song similar to Breakdown - Breaking Benjamin?

Hello, I was just wondering
if anyone knows about a song that is
similar to breakdown - Breaking benjamin
I like the start, because it is so different from the rest
but I want a similar song with a start like Breakdown but longer.

Thanks!

Been recommended the new Leonard Cohen album, however I can't seem to obtain it, so until a time when I can, which Cohen album of old should I listen to first?
