It wasn't all **** in the '80s. It wasnt all Dexy's Midnight Runners and Rick Springfield, there were some excellent, quality bands that were in the 80's. Of course there were some real ****ters, and some enormous dreck, but there was ALOT of ****ing amazing music as well.
Wow...the 80's were a sad decade for music. Yeah there were a few highlights but overall it was just pathetic.

I've heard people say that about every decade. I think the 80's might actually be my favorite decade for music.

I think comments like that actually bother me more than when people say everything after the 80's sucked.
