My vote goes to Josh Homme, one of the funniest antagonists in music...
Okay, well, it's either the funniest musician you know,

or the musician that does the funniest music...

Right?

So...

which?

Wayne Coyne. Love the Flaming Lips and the interviews I have read has him coming off as a very intellectual person who has his opinions on life as a whole.

He probably drinks appletini's though...

Read this interview:

Eddie Argos
Anton Newcombe
Jay Reatard
King Khan

Eddie Argos is just a hilarious dude, and the last three just seem fun to drink with, like the same sort of weirdos I drink with now.

I want to get wasted with John Frusciante and Liam Gallagher
also I don't think he likes beer, but I would like to have a glass of wine and a chat with Morrissey. It would be very interasting.I love his music but I enjoy meet and I used to have extremely long bushy hair and I always have a beard. He would hate me...it would be great and extremely funny

Dave Grohl
Eddie Vedder
Neil Young
Michael Stipe
Jenny Lewis
Shirley Manson
the chick from Otep
Debbie Harry
Joan Jett
