Peter Brotzmann, Derek Bailey, Evan Parker, Alexander von Schlippenbach, Albert Mangelsdorff, Han Bennink...basically everyone playing on this album just slays it.

EDIT: Mangelsdorff doesn't play on this one, actually. It's Paul Rutherford on trombone, which is a far less funny sounding name. They both kick ass though.

This has just become my favourite version of "Summertime." The whole album's fantastic.
