You'd die if you were partnered with me.
It took me about five days to respond to PMO.

Okay okay.

I've been ALL over the place.

I'll be back with the album I listened to shortly.

I'm sorry to everyone who assumed you were always on the list, but I do ask that you send me a PM every time, that way I can accurately keep track and not have to remember anything, I am a bit of a pothead.

well +81 sent me

The Unicorns-Unicorns Are People Too

The Unicorns are a very interesting band. Using general Indie songwriting and singing, combined with electronic and often experimental sounds makes for songs that are a real trip. Some of the songs here (I Was Born A Unicorn, Child Star) are also featured on their landmark album "Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone", but sound quite different from each other. the songs on here almost seem like a demo version of what's to come. one thing i'm not so keen on with this record, though, is how held back it seems. there's plenty of interesting parts to look out for, but it feels like i'm gonna fall asleep before i reach them.

in all, this is a pretty interesting experiment with music, but less go-getting than their album after this. i'd give it a 7/10

Antonio sent me Dysrhythmia's album Pretest. Now I had heard a little bit by this band before so I had a general idea of their sound and was looking forward to hearing a full album by them. I suppose you could classify this with other technical post-hardcore/metal bands such as By the End of Tonight or Tera Melos. The instrumentation is all very tight and syncs together well. The album is filled with melodies, changing time signatures and even some dissonance. I normally can't stand this type of bass tone but it contrasts the guitar in a way that sits nicely in the mix. Sometimes I feel like the best parts of some of the tracks end too quickly and some lesser parts just drag on. While I enjoyed this album I feel like the songs tend to become a bit formulatic or the band has just become too comfortable with their sound. Favorite song: Heat Sinks

Haha, I know. Typo.

Nice trading, Sir and thank you, you too. I thought it might give you some contrast from WWCOHWWG?
