well that's your decision but just to let you know all music forums treat newcomers like this, in fact our forum is actually a little nicer to newcomers than a lot of other music forums.

that's what people do, go to the introductions forum (scroll down on main page)
make a thread intruding yourself, read some of tore's rules (no one but tore has actually read ALL of the rules tore posted.

make a songwriting journal (in the songwriting forum).

talk about your favorite bands

type in random posts in the shoutbox (bottom of main page)
