Albums You're Not Digging

I've just listened to the first Audioslave album (yeah...I'm a bit behind the times, I know), and I was surprised to be distinctly underwhelmed. I say surprised because I've had "Show me how to live" on my ipod from God knows where for a couple of years and I'd always liked it. I'm gonna listen to the album a couple more times, just in case it really grows on me, but I was just wondering, is there a better album by them to get my teeth into maybe??? Anybody has any recommendations on that? :-)

Today I listened to the new Tera Melos album

No, the S/T is definitely their strongest. The other two are meh.

I can't listen to this and feel any emotion other then "meh". Its nice, I guess. Its a nice album. Its also a bland one and one I can't really listen to more then half of......

I just grabbed that album but haven't listened to it yet and with that kind of reaction I'm not sure if I want to now.

Arcade Fire is mind-numbingly boring. I never liked anything by them. Remember that this statement is coming from a BOC fan, most of which can usually tolerate boring music.
