I'd be happy doing it, but I can't edit posts and polls and stuff.

I would have to get in touch with PMO for the in's and out's as i'm not 100% sure about how it all works unfortunately.

People PM Piss Me Off with suggestions of bands that they think should be in the Hall of Fame, with a little description of why, then PMO gradually posts all of these suggestsions by people, then we vote on them for a certain amount of time, then if they get more positive votes than negative votes they make it into the nominations (which is on the first post.) Then once a few nominations have been done we vote on them and that determines who makes it in for real.

Pretty sure that's how it works.

Man...just joined this site, saw the thing for Tool, probably in my top ten favorite bands in no specific spot. They have just an obscure sense of playing. They, like Rage Against the Machine, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, really use the bass to their advantage. How often do you hear bass solos in songs nowadays?

Tool uses innovative time signatures like in the song Schism, and just different topics of song. I wish I had made it in time for voting. What can you do, though?
