Nobody is stopping them from being nominated. I haven't because I don't have any albums by them. I nominated Biggie because I love his albums to death and he was a big influence on me and on hip-hop in general.

I didn't vote no to Buddy Holly because nobody bothered to nominate Ritchie Valens.

Completely? Imagine some of those lyrics being used by a bad rapper. His lyrics did far worse than 'miss the mark' from time to time.

I don't think either that he's as artistically insignificant as you think he is. The man had a vision, which was executed perfectly over the course of the two albums he made while he was alive. WTF? 9 votes No? Who ever the hell is voting no atleast better speak up. And I swear if Biggie isn't at the very least eligable for renomination i'm leaving MB for a good long while because BAM there goes my faith in this otherwise spot on site.
