I was going to vote No comedically... but then I remembered this is MusicBanter and it's not that far fetched.

Anyway, it's a yes of course. He definetly deserves it. He gets alot of praise and frankly I think he deserves it.

Oh God, for sure i voted yes... This is a no brainer, every great guitarist i love loves Hendrix. Every great musician loves him. Every great songwriter loves him... To say you love guitar rock and you don't think Hendrix i significant is kinda like being a Christian but denying that Jesus was important...

I voted yes because I believe he is one of the very influential musicians in music history, and one of the most creative and exciting guitar players I've listened to.

no one needs to like his music, but if you can't appreciate the innovation and influence he's had on generationS you need to get your head checked.
