I really like that song actually, the singer has a really nice voice, and strings in a song is always a plus for me. I actually intended on looking up that band a while ago but never got around to it. 8/10

In honor of the fact that I get to see them on Thursday!

hmmmm......not unlike some other female-sung indie acoustic i've heard, but i like the way the other instruments creep in and form into a grander type of song. really this song's strength is the layers it has, so a solid 6/10

as for my song, try some alternative hip-hop on for size

The instrumentals are definitely where this song shines in my opinion. Loving the beats, and the chill vibe that goes along with it. Some better rhymes and lyrics would have been nice though.

A little bit more diversity with some screamo?

Yes! I love Pianos Become The Teeth! Really good instrumentals along with that emotion that I like so much. 8/10

A Beach Boys cover.

the singer's voice is a bit grating to me, but the echo/backing vocals make up for it. in all a pretty nice cover and a pretty different atmosphere from the original.

how about another cover then, eh? this time some Coldplay

Sounds like Coldplay, if they it hit big in Tron.

A cover of a cover.
