Elton Jumps Ship To Capitol And Records New Album

Artists like Elton have a hard (if not impossible) time of hitting the stride they were capable at their prime. Elton recently wrote a book that got poor reviews
I hope his new album doesn't suffer the same fate.

Brilliant to read a quote like that. He's doing that the fully right way. So much respect for the man. Idol! Spare the aggression to air-folk, definitely a great musician to consider a role model - and his future music sounds like it'll be more influential than "just a pop album".

The great thing for someone like Elton is he doesn't NEED good reviews... The majority of his fans are cemented.
