CD's come with the rating?

I recently bought Kendrick Lamar's 'To Pimp a Butterfly' and The Weeknd's 'Trilogy' on CD. In Windows Media Player, both these albums already have a rating - 4.5 stars for 'TPAB' and 3 stars for all three CD's in 'Trilogy.' I disagree with both scores, and would like to change it, but it seems impossible, at least in Windows Media Player. This is my first time buying CD's and I'd just like to know, is it common for CD's to come with ratings?

Shouldn't be, because it's the buyer's decision and opinion to rate them themselves. :/

That rating may be coming from Windows Media Player's database, as an overall critical rating. I'm not familiar enough with WMP to speculate beyond that.

I would agree with Sidewinder, it's probably an averaged compilation of already registered ratings....doubt that one rating would change it and don't know if you can change the rating to fit your viewpoint on your devices..
