I still think Monument to an Elegy is the worst but all the billy solo records are pretty bad.

Sure. Always wanted Eddie to put aside the pop/rock crap and do a full on instrumental album like his hero, AH.

There are many albums that I haven't been able to listen to all the way through, so I'm not sure I can nominate them - what if the last track is completely kick-ass and I'll never know? I'd say anything by Matchbox 20, but I'm not about to listen to all of their albums and find out which is the worst, as I'd rather nail my nuts to the floor and spin around.

Honor Found in Decay by Neurosis is up there for me. Can't even listen to the album in full to affirm my choice.
