How do you find new music?

A few of the YouTube channels that I keep up on for good music recs.

Saturn Archives 土星のアーカイブ - All kinds of off the wall music. I've found a lot of favourites on this channel.

area mode - Good resource for obscure electronic music

Instant Classic - Instant Classic is a great record label that lives up to its name with a lot of its releases imo. They upload most of their material to youtube.

Samuel Andreyev - Informed, interesting (as opposed to annoying ass Adam Neely), and well done musical analysis with a bent towards modern classical. He also explores outsider music as well and has some interviews too. I'm wont to give the music that he bases his videos on a really close look before I watch them.

Nicolás Guzmán - Has a lot of diverse and uncovered stuff but isn't really that active anymore.

Ugh, I can't stand Adam Neely. He's so arrogantly certain that his way of looking at music is the right and correctly informed way. But he's 100% "music school" in the most limited sense in his approach.

I'm glad that I'm not alone on that. It's a shame too, because the topics themselves can be really interesting and he clearly has an encyclopedic understanding of music theory.

I've watched a few of his videos, but I strongly prefer someone like Fantano, who is way more subjective and impressionistic (and unprofessional) in his way of explaining what's good/bad about the music. It's a way more interesting approach when someone is good at it. I don't even have to agree. I just want to hear people explain what they get out of the music in a way that's relatable and "paints a picture".

Have you seen any Andreyev? I think that he combines the two well even if he leans more towards a theoretical perspective.
