Only listened to the first four tracks but it reminds me of Dean Blunt. Not only stylistically, but also in how it fails to really make any impression on me apart from a marginal interest in the production.

I like what I’ve heard of Dean Blunt a lot. I should dive deeper into his music.

Iggy Pop
Free

This is getting very mixed reviews but I'm actually enjoying it a lot. I like how Iggy is trying something different. I think he's a bit flaccid in the vocals but there is cohesion in the songwriting and some really relaxing and nice moments throughout.

It goes without saying this is a good listen. They got some aces in the studio. Much love for Steve Albini, of course but also

Hildur Guðnadóttir

Check out her resume:

and

Anthony Pateras whose album 2006 - Flux Compendium, Anthony Pateras / Robin Fox, Editions Mego has been bouncing around in my Spotify rotations over the past few years.

Mispronounced Amnesia (TLF 006) by Wings Of An Angel

This probably has the best neo-classical passages from any record I’ve heard from this year but I’m prejudiced against it for simply being too damn long.

Still shockingly good

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.
