TBO i dont even know maybe yall can help me out ...we used to have a few smaller venues fitz ,engine room a couple others where a bunch of expermint and punk n metal bands ran through but they are long gone

everyone knows

the rap and pop acts from here

but i dont know much of the other styles

acctually looking at the list a hole bunch of underground stuff and artist that never really made it big :P

other then ZZ top and Riff raff

Looking at the list on Google, Houston seems even less impressive than Baltimore. I guess it's a cool place if you're into Beyonce or Kenny Rogers. Surprising really because Texas in general has had some amazing musical artists.

Austin would be the hot spot for music in Texas. SRV, Eric Johnson, Gary Clark Jr, Willie Nelson and a few others.
